Out-of-Town Patient Planning for an Ovum Donor and Gestational Carrier Cycle
Out-of-town patients often choose our integrated approach to ovum donation and gestational carrier services, benefiting from Idaho’s affordability and ICRM’s expertise and personalized care. With one of the highest success rates for donor and surrogate IVF cycles in the U.S., we strive to provide you with the best chances of building your family when you combine these two advanced fertility services.
Our Process
Following your initial consultation (via phone, online, or in person), we will synchronize your donor’s and carrier’s cycles. You have the flexibility of providing fresh sperm on egg retrieval day or shipping cryopreserved sperm for insemination. If fresh sperm is used, most patients arrive in Boise 1–2 days prior to the egg retrieval. If using cryopreserved sperm, we will coordinate embryo fertilization and storage accordingly.
We handle all cycle coordination, embryo culture, and transfer logistics, ensuring everything aligns perfectly. Embryo transfer options include fresh or frozen, with FET typically scheduled 3+ weeks after retrieval, allowing time for hormone treatments and optional genetic testing.
Why Choose ICRM?
- Seamless, personalized coordination of multiple cycles
- Access to reputable local donors and carriers
