FAQ

Do you have a Cancellation Policy?

Cancelling appointments requires a full 24-hour notice. Clients may contact ICRM directly to cancel or log in to their account and send a patient portal message.

Also, please note that if you do not cancel 24 hours before the appointment, the following fees will apply:

  • With less than 24 hours before your appointment time, you will be billed for $100 for your appointment.
  • If you have a no-call, no-show missed appointment, you will be billed $100 for your appointment. ICRM stands by our policies.

Patients will receive a phone call reminder for upcoming appointments 24–48 hours before the appointment time. We send reminders as a courtesy, but clients are responsible for keeping or canceling their appointments regardless of whether they receive a reminder.

If you are uncertain of your next appointment’s date, you can find a list of all upcoming appointments via your patient portal or contact our office directly.

If you have a problem, question, concern, or run out of medications after hours, and it cannot wait until morning, please call (208) 489-6708 to speak with the answering service. The service will then page the nurse on call who will return your call as soon as possible. If your situation can wait until the following morning, please leave a voicemail for the nurse at our office.
