Welcome to the ICRM Egg (Ovum) Donation Program

The Idaho Center for Reproductive Medicine (ICRM) proudly offers a nationally and internationally acclaimed in-house egg donor program. We are honored to assist patients across the United States and worldwide in their family-building journeys. Our Idaho-based egg donor program is known for its high success rates, outstanding customer service, and affordable costs. We use cutting-edge lab technology and provide guarantee programs with our egg donation cycles to ensure the best possible outcomes for our intended parents.

Why Choose Egg Donation to Build Your Family?

In vitro fertilization (IVF) with donor eggs is a highly effective treatment for a variety of fertility challenges, including premature ovarian failure, age-related infertility, diminished egg reserve, genetic concerns, unexplained infertility, and repeated IVF failures. It also provides an option for single males and gay male couples wishing to build a family.

Our egg donation cycles boast impressive success rates, with pregnancy rates often exceeding 70% and take-home baby rates over 65% per single embryo transfer with a pre-genetically tested (PGT) high-quality embryo. With our approach, the cumulative take-home baby rate after transferring three high-quality PGT embryos is 95%.

For some, choosing egg donor IVF also has distinct advantages over adoption. Egg donor IVF offers some possible advantages over adoption. The first benefit is that the egg donor recipient carries the pregnancy and, thereby, remains in control of the prenatal environment. It offers the added benefit of pre-genetic testing (PGT) for embryos, and depending on the method you choose, ensures the child is biologically related to the male partner or selected sperm donor.

Why Choose Egg Donation to Build Your Family?

Whether you’re looking to find an egg donor or considering becoming one, the ICRM team is here to support and guide you every step of the way.  In addition to our in-house donors, as a founding member of Donor Egg Bank, USA, we also provide access to frozen eggs.

Find an Egg Donor

At ICRM, we offer approximately 100 high-quality, carefully selected in-house ovum donors, ensuring exceptional cycles at an affordable cost. Our donors undergo comprehensive pre-screening to confirm a high ovarian reserve, including medical history, infectious disease screening, genetic testing, and psychological evaluation. This rigorous process is designed to give you the utmost confidence in your donor choice.

Our dedicated ovum donor coordinators are on hand to help you choose the perfect donor and provide personalized support throughout the cycle. Because we have our own in-house ovum donor program, there is no agency cost if you select one of the donors on our list.

To begin your journey, contact our coordinators. They will register you to access our Donor Database and help you take the first steps to selecting the right donor.
