Dr. Kyle Tobler, M.D.
More About Dr. Kyle Tobler, M.D.
Dr. Kyle Tobler’s philosophy for fertility treatments is “A team approach. The patient couple and the medical team must be completely aligned. There is no cookie-cutter approach appropriate for everyone. The endpoint is a baby, but the pathway is personal.”
Originally from Eastern Washington, Dr. Tobler completed his undergraduate studies in Anthropology at the University of Washington. Afterwards, he attended medical school at Penn State College of Medicine and completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington.
Following residency, he attended Johns Hopkins University for a fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility. Here, Dr. Tobler loved the balance of basic science, cutting-edge research, and the continuity of patient care provided by fertility treatments. “You really get to know the patients on their fertility journey, and the outcome is spectacular—a baby!”
At the completion of his fellowship, Dr. Tobler joined the faculty and REI division at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, helping military families realize their dreams of achieving pregnancy while teaching medical students and OB/GYN residents. While in training and serving as a faculty member, he authored over fifty peer-reviewed papers, abstracts, and textbook chapters, focusing primarily on preimplantation genetics.
Dr. Tobler joined ICRM in 2020 and lives in Boise with his spouse, four children, and his fur-babies.
